Andrew is the Chairman and one of the founders of Noetic Solutions. He has over 30 years of experience as a leader, manager and strategic planner particularly in the defence and security sectors. He has worked with senior leaders across Defence and government in Asia, the United States, Britain and the Middle East. Andrew has extensive experience in strategic concept and policy development, futures planning and training. Andrew's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Masters of Defence Studies and Masters of Business Administration. |

Peter Murphy |

Peter is the CEO and one of the founders of Noetic Solutions. He has significant experience in developing practical solutions to intricate organisational issues. He has led much of Noetic’s work into regulation, organisational reviews, lessons learnt and complex stakeholder engagement. In particular, he has worked extensively in the area of resources and energy policy and regulation. Most recently Peter has overseen the development of Noetic’s social policy practice. Peter's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Masters of Science, Masters of Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Information Technology. |

Christine Magner |

Christine is the General Manager for the Government Business Unit of Noetic Solutions. She has over 30 years of experience in management, strategic planning, human resource management, change management, information technology, business continuity planning, audit and risk management and governance, in both the government and commercial sectors. Christine has also served on a number of advisory councils and industry committees. Christine is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she has a Bachelor of Arts and is a certified Australian Human Resource Institute practitioner. |

Matthew Graham |

Matt is the General Manager – National Security and Defence. He has 22 years experience in the Australian Army and worked with the Australian Federal Police from 2004-2011, establishing an increased law enforcement capability at Australia’s major airports and most recently as Manager Security. Matt’s particular expertise is in national security, concept development and problem solving. He has a strong interest in leadership development and executive coaching. His qualifications include a Masters in Defence Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts. |

Jeff Clayton |

Jeff is the General Manager of the Brisbane office. Jeff is one of Australia’s most experienced management consultants. His particular expertise is in technology commercialisation, organisation systems review and change management, strategic planning and corporate governance. Jeff has considerable experience as a professional non-executive director and board chairman. Jeff holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Adelaide. He has completed 5 years of PhD research into organisational systems with the Fielding Institute in the U.S. |

Ross is the General Manager of the Northern Territory Business Unit of Noetic Solutions. Ross has extensive experience in the public sector and has established his credibility as a values based leader and manager in areas as diverse as the planning and conduct of security operations, gap and capability assessments, and cultural and change management. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Masters of Defence Studies, a Graduate Diploma of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Social Science. |

Anthony McGinness |

Anthony is a Senior Consultant and has spent the last three years establishing a Sydney presence for Noetic. He has eight years experience working with organisations, understanding their problems and developing and implementing innovative solutions. Anthony’s areas of expertise include social and criminal justice, emergency management, strategic reviews, program evaluation and benefits management. He is also an Indigenous Community Volunteer which involves working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities on community-driven projects. Anthony has a Business of Business Informatics and is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration. |
