Noetic in the Community

Noetic is committed to contributing to the community and the environment. We actively support a number of community and environmental initiatives through pro-bono work, volunteering, and financial support. Additionally, we seek to be environmentally responsible. Noetic’s environmental initiatives are outlined in our Environmental Policy.

Noetic currently supports:

  • The MALPA Project. Noetic will assist the Malpa Project with the development and evaluation of the program. The MALPA project aims to provide a range of services and education to respond to the significant unmet needs of remote communities afflicted by poor health and to engage in health promotion to help reverse the current trends.
  • The Kokoda Foundation. Noetic sponsors the Foundation’s Young Strategic Leaders’ Forum which aims to foster the development of a new generation of young strategic thinkers who are well-equipped to deal with the diverse security challenges that lie ahead. Additionally, Andrew Balmaks has contributed to the development of The Kokoda Foundation through his active involvement as a Director since 2006.
  • Intern Program. Noetic’s intern program exposes undergraduate and graduate level students to the world of consulting. Providing ‘real-world’ experience, Noetic promotes the business skills necessary to succeed in the business of government. The intern program has been used as a platform to build successful careers in the public and private sectors.
  • Sporting and Development Programs. Noetic’s people actively engage in various youth development programs and the coaching and mentoring of children in athletic arenas, promoting positive life skills in a fun and relaxed environment.
