We want to hear from talented and energetic people who want to join the Noetic team. We are a multi-award winning company with offices in Canberra, Brisbane and Washington DC, and we are looking to build on our presence in Sydney and Melbourne.

Working with Noetic, you will consult on business planning, strategic decision making, organisational performance, information and communication technology strategy and business case development, and business reform. This is a busy hands-on role, where you will actively engage with a broad range of government clients, often working on several projects concurrently with competing priorities.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you will: 

  • be a self-starter

  • demonstrate sound analytical skills

  • have superior people skills

  • be capable of working both independently and as part of a team

  • have relevant tertiary qualifications or 3-5 years relevant work experience (public sector experience valued)

  • demonstrate strong project management skills

  • demonstrate the ability to quickly build strong relationships

  • demonstrate the ability to think strategically

  • demonstrate strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • be outcome focused
