Strategic Enterprise Assessment and Mapping
Organisations increasingly strive to achieve excellence and high performance. Most organisations, however, find it difficult to visualise their organisation holistically and understand how it operates as a unique enterprise. Noetic takes a strategic view of your organisation based around your inputs, internal systems and processes, outputs, and outcomes. We work with you to map and assess the alignment between policy and strategic intent, corporate decision making processes, business and technology management, capability development and organisational transformation. A strategic enterprise map provides you with the coherent understanding that allows you to manage your organisation as an enterprise and build capacity to better deliver your outcomes.
Organisational Culture and Workplace Climate Assessment
Cultivating a positive culture and climate differentiates outstanding organisations from the rest. Organisational culture is often described as ‘how we do things around here’, while workplace climate is described as ‘how it is to work around here’. A positive workplace climate will help shape a positive organisational culture. Workplace climate can be addressed more quickly than organisation culture and is therefore a good place to start. Noetic measures both your current organisational culture and workplace climate, and designs interventions to achieve organisational effectiveness over the long term.
Organisational Performance Management
Performance management helps your organisation achieve its goals by identifying where you are now and where you need to be. Noetic works with you to ensure the performance indicators used are appropriate for your organisation. We draw upon a range of psychometric and other tools to measure and track your organisation’s performance until your goals are achieved.
Leadership Development
Leadership drives performance by building a positive workplace climate and organisational culture. Noetic gathers information on your organisation’s leadership behaviours to tailor interventions and training at the individual, team and organisational levels. We use feedback, coaching, team development and problem solving mechanisms to build an array of leadership styles that can be employed in a range of situations. Coaching and Mentoring
You can build your organisation’s ability to lead through coaching and develop your staff’s performance through mentoring. We transfer our coaching knowledge to your leaders who can then coach others in your organisation. We apply strength-based development practices and offer a range of coaches to ensure we find the one which is the right fit for your team.
Team Building
Like individuals, teams have their own styles of interaction which can affect productivity and quality of work. Noetic works with your teams and uses a range of diagnostic tools to understand how the teams behave. We look at both team and individual performance to develop bespoke feedback methods that encourage productive interactions to enable your team to function more effectively.
Strategic Human Resource Management

Guideline and Doctrine Writing
Guidelines, and in specific organisations ‘doctrine’, provide the authoritative guidance to your organisation and staff explaining how they should do certain things. Guidelines and doctrine develop a shared understanding of how the organisation conducts itself to achieve its goals. There are several levels of guidelines and doctrine—ranging from philosophical down to procedural—with the purpose being to articulate the enduring aspects of how your organisation works. Through stakeholder consultation we capture and document these aspects and develop your guidelines and/or doctrine.
Exercise and Business Simulations
Exercises and business simulations enable your management and staff to practise dealing with situations that would negatively impact on your organisation’s ability to achieve its outcomes. Noetic designs exercises and business simulations that allow your team to interact in a realistic manner to address a particular situation. We facilitate the conduct of exercises and business simulations, and through observing your staff, identify what works and suggest areas for improvement. We then debrief and support your team in reflecting and learning from these exercises and business simulations.
Training Design and Analysis
Training provides your staff with the knowledge and skills they need to perform their jobs and meet organisational objectives. Noetic conducts a training needs analysis to identify the competencies that are required for a given capability. We identify the learning outcomes for individual and collective training and develop both an organisational training continuum and curriculum based around these. If required, we have accredited trainers who can assist with delivery.
