Centrelink

Canberra, August 2008

Noetic worked closely with Centrelink staff to prepare arguably the first business case to comply with AGIMO's newly released ICT Business Case Guide. A draft First Pass Business Case, along with the Detailed Supporting Plans for a Second Pass Business Case were completed for Centrelink's Process Enhancement Program (PEP). Although the scope of the PEP was not entirely suited to the Business Case format, it had the advantage of being concluded and relatively defined. Noetic prepared a comprehensive report for Centrelink containing the aforementioned business case elements, but more importantly, a table summarising the satisfaction of the AGIMO Business Case information requirements by the documents prepared for the PEP along with an assessment, based on a survey of Centrelink guidance and processes, of its readiness to compile a comprehensive ICT Business Case.
