Noetic is assisting Border Protection Command with the development of Plan Forge, which is examining the potential co-location and/or integration of the Canberra and Darwin based elements of Border Protection Command.  Major tasks to be undertaken by Noetic include determining the optimal structure for Border Protection Command, which will need to be approved by both Defence and Customs, and then advising on the implementation of proposed changes.  The task involves extensive stakeholder engagement and the Noetic team has comprehensively engaged staff in Canberra and Darwin through interviews and workshops.
