Noetic is currently reviewing and re-writing the Department of Defence's Joint Proof and Experimental Unit's (JPEU) Operations Manual following an organisational restructure.  JPEU undertakes static and dynamic weapon systems testing involving high explosive ordnance.  Along with reviewing JPEU processes to reflect changes to its task management processes, Noetic's review has strong emphasis on efficiency gains whilst maintaining a strong focus on all safety aspects.  Based on the changes, Noetic will amend the job descriptions for key personnel.  Additionally, Noetic will make strategic level comments and implications, where judged necessary, on a number of JPEU strategic publications and policies.
