Noetic leads the concept development team for Project Wolf Pack, an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L) operational experimentation project. Wolf Pack seeks to better support American and coalition warfighters operating in small units below the 'digital divide'.

In this capacity, Noetic has developed concepts of employment and participated in military utility assessments at 29 Palms, CA. Noetic was able to coordinate the participation of an infantry section from the Australian Army to participate in integrated, tactical coalition operations with a Marine platoon to assess Wolf Pack's various capabilities.
