Noetic has supported the United Nations (UN) Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO) in the development of a number of critical publications including the capstone publication United Nations Peacekeeping Operations - Principles and Guidelines (available online at http://pbpu.unlb.org/pbps/Library/Capstone_Doctrine_ENG.pdf).

To achieve this outcome, Noetic used an internally developed methodology which has been proven through the successful development of over 100 publications for military, emergency management and non-government organizations in the United States and Australia. This methodology allowed Noetic to help the UN and its member nations debate issues and reach consensus, while maintaining control of their intellectual property, for a critical publication that will inform future UN peacekeeping missions.
