Noetic was engaged by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) at a critical stage prior to the first release of the new General Enrolment, Elections Support and Information System (GENESIS).  Noetic reviewed the AEC's implementation plan for the GENESIS Application Processing Sub-system (GAPS) to identify opportunities for enhancement.  Noetic conducted interviews with key stakeholders, including business owners and user representatives.  Noetic identified critical success factors, such as the need for contiguous support from the executive management and visible support from middle managers in key positions of influence.  Noetic also identified enhancements to the AEC's communications program, including the incorporation of key corporate messages into user training.
