Noetic is currently developing an Information Management System for the AFP Aviation Portfolio to allow it to better carry out its required functions.  Noetic will establish and assist in the implementation of this system by documenting policies, processes and procedures regarding information, and developing and delivering a training package for all the members of the Aviation Portfolio.
