Noetic developed a Strategic Plan and Business Action Plan for the newly formed Cadet, Reserve and Employer Support Division.  The Division needed to create a common focus for its efforts and create an aligned culture.  Noetic undertook a series of interviews and workshops to identity common goals for the whole Division.  The Business Action Plans will allow the Division to operationalise its Strategic Plan by articulating specific initiatives, key milestones and their priority.  Noetic’s work also allowed the Division to openly discuss and resolve issues and differences to create a unified culture.
