Noetic undertook a comprehensive strategic review of juvenile justice for the NSW Minister for Juvenile Justice.  This involved an analysis of evidence-based research, strategies and practice to identify options for improving the juvenile justice system.  Noetic’s review identified measures to deliver better value for money and enhanced community outcomes.  The review considered the long-term costs and benefits that provided the logical basis for future investment in the juvenile justice system.  In doing so, the review provided the NSW Government with three strategic options for determining the future of juvenile justice in NSW.
