Noetic will be assisting the Timor Leste National Petroleum  Authority (Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo – ANP) with the development of its oil and gas regulatory capability.   This will assist the ANP with the regulation of both on and off shores oil and gas exploration and production.  This work will be undertaken over the next six months in Dili Timor Leste.
