 'Noetic, CIT Join Forces', Coverage from The Canberra Times
2 June 2010, CanberraNoetic Group and Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) recently signed a Memoranda of Understanding to provide a joint training service to Timor-Leste’s Petroleum Authority. This training will allow the Authority to better regulate oil and gas exploration and production in Timor-Leste.
