Andrew is the Chairman of Noetic Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience as a leader, manager and strategic planner particularly in the defense and security sectors. He has worked to senior leaders across government in Asia, the United States, Britain and the Middle East. Andrew has extensive experience in strategic concept and policy development, futures planning and training.

Ben Fitzgerald

Ben established, and now leads, Noetic's team in the United States, having previously worked in Noetic's Canberra office. Prior to Noetic, he spent several years working in large technology organizations helping government agencies align technology strategy with operational needs. Ben has provided strategic advice to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations, the Australian Department of Defence and a number of emergency management organizations in the United States and Australia.

BOARD MEMBERS

Major General (ret.) Simon V.L. Willis, AM, CSC.

Simon serves on the Noetic Advisory Board, retiring at the rank of major general after 37 years of distinguished service in the Australian Regular Army in October 2004. As an infantry officer, Simon served in South Vietnam and has commanded light, mechanized and airborne units. Career highlights include Australian Defence Force Head of Personnel, Commander of the multi-national Peace Monitoring Group in Bougainville and Commandant of the Royal Military College of Australia.

Simon is a leader, trainer, educator and policy writer who has considerable experience at the senior strategic and staff levels of the Australian Defence Force and government. As well as his Australian honours General Willis has twice been awarded the US Legion of Merit, Officer Class, for his alliance work.

Dr. Nadia Schadlow

Dr. Nadia Schadlow serves on the Noetic Advisory Board. She is a senior program officer in the International Security and Foreign Policy Program of the Smith Richardson Foundation. Dr. Schadlow began her career in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) as a Presidential Management Fellow, where her last assignment was as OSD's first country director for Ukraine. Dr. Schadlow received a B.A. degree in Government and Soviet Studies from Cornell University and M.A. and PH.D. degrees from the John Hopkins Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
